If you have industry contacts, strong negotiation skills, and wish to grow alongside this project, this role is for you. The primary objective will be to identify brands, secure sponsorships, manage collaborations, and monetize the creator's channels. Key Responsibilities: * Active Prospecting: Contact brands, advertising agencies, and companies to secure sponsorships. * Negotiation: Finalize commercial contracts, manage rates, and secure optimal terms. * Campaign Management: Coordinate delivery timelines and brand requirements with the creator. * Strategy: Identify new business opportunities and monetization avenues. Requirements: * Prior experience or strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, or talent representation. * Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. * Autonomy, initiative, and a results-driven mindset. * Ability to work independently without supervision. What We Offer (Compensation): * 100% Commission Model: No fixed base salary is provided. Your compensation will be a direct percentage (to be agreed upon) of each contract, sponsorship, or brand deal you secure for the creator. * Unlimited Income Potential: The more brands you secure and the better the contracts you close, the higher your earnings. * Total Flexibility: Fully remote work (from home) with complete autonomy over your schedule.
