We are currently looking for a technical **junior** profile at our **combined-cycle power plant** in **Castelnou (Teruel)** to provide **temporary** (6-month) support in planning, executing, and supervising maintenance activities, as well as coordinating projects and resources—contributing to continuous process improvement and plant availability. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop maintenance strategies within the electrical area for high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems, ensuring safety, quality, and cost standards. * Carry out maintenance activities and periodic inspections on the plant’s electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, meeting delivery schedules, and controlling activity costs. * Organize and monitor activities performed by contractors in the electrical area to ensure achievement of previously defined objectives. * Manage contract and purchase orders, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. * Propose improvements related to safety, processes, economics, and plant availability. * Perform spare parts analysis to guarantee availability. * Develop, control, and execute projects aimed at resolving electrical component obsolescence in the plant. * Provide urgent corrective coverage for incidents occurring in the plant to ensure electrical area availability. * Cover the electrical standby position according to the established shift schedule. * Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Vocational Training (GS) * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office) * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (required to access the plant) * Prior experience in the industrial/energy sector is desirable * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency is desirable * Proactivity and eagerness to learn **What We Offer** * Full-time schedule: 8:00–16:00 * Tailored training plans aligned with your needs and interests. * Opportunity to join our flexible compensation system (transport card, childcare vouchers, training vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others). * Join a dynamic team where you will genuinely develop and grow professionally. * Work alongside a multidisciplinary team that supports you at all times. * Become part of a network of over 100,000 professionals working to create a more sustainable world. **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
