Position Summary: We are seeking a speech therapist to join an interdisciplinary team, conducting assessment, diagnosis, and speech therapy interventions for children and adolescents, with an emphasis on emotional well-being and learning. Positive work atmosphere and interdisciplinary coordination At **Sinergies**, a psychopedagogical center specialized in supporting children and adolescents, we seek to incorporate a person **graduated in Speech Therapy** to collaborate with our interdisciplinary team. We are looking for someone approachable, committed, and sensitive to working with children, adolescents, and families. Main Responsibilities: * Assessment, diagnosis, and speech therapy intervention for children and adolescents. * Treatment of language, speech, communication, voice, swallowing, and literacy difficulties. * Development of individualized therapeutic goals and monitoring of progress. * Design and implementation of tailored materials and activities for each case. * Coordination with families, schools, and other professionals at the center. * Writing reports, guidance, and intervention protocols. * Participation in coordination meetings and case follow-ups as needed. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy. * Valid professional registration. * Experience working with children and adolescents will be valued. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across disciplines. * Strong communication skills with families. * Additional training will be valued in the following areas: * Learning difficulties * Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) * Language disorders * Literacy * Language stimulation We Offer: * Collaboration in a close-knit and caring environment. * Flexible working hours. * Case referrals from the center. * Opportunities for professional growth within the project. * Positive work atmosphere and coordination with psychopedagogical and psychological professionals.
