What will your day-to-day tasks be? * Receive, classify, and log all user calls, perform an initial analysis, escalate tickets if necessary, and handle simple requests, suggestions, and complaints. * Consult application documentation and attempt an initial resolution and/or involve the Problem Management team. * Monitor all incidents requiring follow-up and keep users informed about their status and progress. Close incidents according to procedure and confirm resolution with the user. * Identify errors caused by incorrect use of the application. Identify and propose improvements in procedures and project-related documentation, or report significant issues detected in incidents. * Validate availability of production environments. * Provide support during implementations. * Perform data extractions. ### **Minimum Requirements** * University degree in a scientific/engineering field desirable. * At least one year of experience in a similar role, performing the indicated functions. * Knowledge of SQL. * Knowledge of Java, HL7/Mirth, etc., will be positively valued. * Knowledge of ITIL methodology. Certification will be positively valued. * Experience with tools such as Redmine, Remedy, and proficiency in Office Suite. * MANDATORY ability to attend the offices in Santiago de Compostela in person.
