Hit play! **What do we expect from you?** Technically, it is essential that you have: * A Law degree. * Experience (1\-2 years) in technology companies or law firms with a focus on commercial law. * Knowledge and experience using CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management). * Familiarity with document management tools or Legaltech. And you’ll shine ✨if you also have: * A Master’s degree in: Digital Law, Compliance, or Data Protection. * Proficiency with digital tools. * Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and mindset. * Enthusiasm to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment. * Advanced English proficiency. **What will you do at Sesame?** * Support in the **review, drafting, and management of contracts.** * Support on data protection matters (reviewing GDPR clauses, assisting with DPIAs). * Contract management and maintenance using CLM tools. * Coordination with the sales team via CRM for contract-related workflows. * Support in compliance tasks and internal legal documentation. * Monitoring regulatory changes affecting the SaaS business.
