The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring on-site production, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety, in coordination with the Site Management and Foreman. **Main Responsibilities** * Planning and monitoring of site production. * Control of deadlines, costs, and productivity. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Supervision of proper execution according to drawings, measurements, and technical specifications. * Management of material orders and certifications. * Support in quality, safety, and environmental control on site. * Preparation of progress reports and reporting to project management. Requirements * Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager on building construction projects. * Technical education in Public Works Engineering. * Ability to interpret drawings, measurements, and budgets. * Proficiency in office software (Excel and Word; knowledge of construction management software is valued). * Knowledge of construction planning and control. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training is desirable.
