Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Procurement Technician for Building Construction to manage procurement activities, prepare technical-economic comparisons, negotiate with suppliers, and support construction execution. We are currently looking to **hire** a **Project Procurement Technician for Building Construction** in **Madrid**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Procurement management of materials and contracting of residential building packages (structure, masonry, finishes, installations, etc.). * Preparation of technical-economic comparisons among suppliers and subcontractors. * Analysis of alternative construction solutions with impact on cost and schedule. * Negotiation of prices, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. * Direct liaison with site managers, production teams, and technical directors. * Support in reviewing measurements, budgets, and detailed cost breakdowns. * Monitoring of key supplies during construction execution. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience. * Education in Technical Architecture or related field. * Practical knowledge of the residential building construction process. * Experience negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. * Ability to analyze costs and technical\-economic feasibility. * Proficiency in Excel and Presto. * English: advanced level. Particularly valued: * Prior experience as site manager or production technician. * Knowledge of Spanish building regulations (CTE). * Experience in real estate development or construction companies. * Ability to anticipate common construction issues (schedules, material storage, interferences).
