Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Designer to collaborate on nuclear projects, developing piping layouts, general arrangements, and equipment arrangements. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration on nuclear projects. 2. Development of piping layouts and equipment arrangements using CAD systems. 3. Review and application of project specifications. We are looking for a **JUNIOR MECHANICAL DESIGNER** to join our Madrid offices and collaborate on nuclear projects. **Responsibilities:** * Review and application of project specifications; adherence to good practice in design instructions and techniques; interpretation and handling of flow diagrams and manufacturer drawings. * Development of piping layouts, general arrangements, and equipment arrangements based on specifications, drawing standards, design instructions, layout drawings, flow diagrams, line lists, and manufacturer information, using 2D and 3D CAD systems (REVIT). * Analysis and development of piping supports. * Preparation and review of drawings using CAD systems (general arrangements, isometrics, and working sketches) and BIM modeling. * Verification of drawings from other engineering disciplines and manufacturer drawings for coordination of design interfaces. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a mechanical designer, preferably in piping and supports. * Vocational training in Mechanical Design or related fields. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of applicable regulations, both nuclear and Spanish. * Technical design tool knowledge will be considered an asset. * Experience in 3D design with REVIT will be valued. **We offer**: Attractive compensation package: fixed salary \+ variable bonus Social benefits: * Flexible working hours * Two days of remote work per week * Summer intensive working schedule * Meal allowance * Continuous training (extensive in-house catalog) * Free English and/or French classes with native speakers * Official language certifications and allowances * Life insurance * Childcare allowance * Flexible remuneration solutions (transport card, meal card, childcare voucher, etc.) * Discount on private health insurance.
