Your mission will be to ensure compliance with labor regulations, support dialogue with official bodies, and provide strategic support to the HR department. Key responsibilities include: * Comprehensive legal\-labor advisory services regarding individual and collective employment relationships. * Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, substantial modifications, disciplinary sanctions, dismissals, and other legal documents. * Representing the company before the Labor Inspection Authority, SMAC, the Labor Authority, and other official bodies. * Managing and resolving labor disputes, including conciliation procedures and litigation. * Actively participating in the development, implementation, and monitoring of equality plans, remuneration audits, and diversity policies. * Supporting collective bargaining negotiations with employee committees and trade unions. * Monitoring and analyzing updates in labor legislation and case law. **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract. * Full\-time schedule with flexible start and end times, plus two days of telework per week. * A close-knit and committed team fostering a positive work environment where your contributions truly make a difference. * Opportunities to collaborate on social projects promoting CSR. A Master’s degree in Labor Law or specialization in Labor Relations is highly valued. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in labor departments or legal advisory roles within companies with large employee headcounts. * Fluent English (minimum B2\-C1 level), both spoken and written. * Up\-to\-date knowledge of labor legislation, collective bargaining, and equality matters. * Demonstrable experience managing direct interactions with labor authorities and public agencies.
