Teamwork in a solid and future-oriented company JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Junior Industrial Engineer to support the management of maintenance contracts for public and/or private buildings in Barcelona COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of COMSA Corporación, delivering comprehensive and specialized maintenance services for buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities. The role's mission is to assist the responsible technician in managing: Coordinating and planning maintenance execution. * Staff planning. * Requesting materials and services. * Managing and verifying technical and progress reports. * Coordinating budget preparation. * Delivering reports and budgets. * Economic control of results. Requirements: * University Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering, completed or pending final project (TFC) * Valid driver's license * Immediate availability to join.
