We are seeking our new **JUNIOR Industrial Electromechanics** for our workplace in **Toledo capital.** ### **What tasks will you carry out?** * Ensure the proper electromechanical operation of logistics infrastructures, analyzing and resolving incidents arising during your shift. * Classify, analyze, and resolve incidents occurring in logistics infrastructures following established standards and criteria. * Propose actions for continuous improvement of logistics infrastructures regarding productivity, safety, or center organization. * Perform basic maintenance to detect anomalies that could affect facility operation. * Carry out scheduled work orders and justify those not resolved or not performed. * Read and understand previous shift reports and announcements. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Environmental regulations, and all other applicable regulations at the site. * Conduct shift handover with the technician relieving you, clearly and concisely communicating all information from your shift. ### **What do we offer?** * Job stability: permanent contract * Highly competitive salary * Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off * Rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night); Saturdays only morning/afternoon; Sundays only mornings * Career development opportunities in a multinational environment ### **What are we looking for?** * A motivated, proactive, and responsible individual * Vocational Training Level 1 (FP1) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles * Experience in logistics sector maintenance is desirable * Training in electronics/robotics is valued ### **Are you interested in our proposal?** Send us your application!
