**Position Title:** **Junior** Hydraulic Repair Technician **Position Mission:** Provide support in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic equipment and lifting tools, progressively developing technical autonomy under the supervision of senior staff. **Who Are We?** We are a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of accessories, machinery, and lifting, transport, material handling, and load-securing systems. We are seeking a **Junior Hydraulic Repair Technician** for our workplace in Castelldefels. **Main Responsibilities** Support in disassembly and assembly of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and jacks. Replacement of seals, gaskets, and mechanical components. Assistance in repairing manual and electric pulleys, winches, and lifting tools. Conducting basic bench tests under supervision. Dimensional inspection using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Support in preparing technical reports. Compliance with internal quality and safety standards. Managing orders in the ERP system, budgeting, preparation, documentation, and claims handling. **Required Profile** **Education (Mandatory)** * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field. **Experience** * Between 6 months and 1 year in an industrial workshop or relevant vocational training placements. * Experience in hydraulics will be valued, although it is not mandatory if the candidate has a solid technical foundation. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Use of hand tools and measuring instruments. * Fundamental knowledge of industrial hydraulics. **Competencies** * Interest in technical learning. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Orderliness and precision. * Responsibility and commitment. **Conditions** * Full-time position (40 hours per week) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 06:45 to 15:00 * Salary: €23,000 gross annually, paid in 14 installments; salary review after 12 months based on performance and acquired autonomy. * Internal training plan and professional development opportunities. · Registration with SEPE (Spanish Public Employment Service) is viewed positively. .
