Coordination of events and administrative tasks for the position EIP International Business School is currently conducting a search for young talents to work with top companies in the **HR** sector, nationally. · Full-cycle national recruitment process management. · Job posting, CV screening, and interviews. · Direct contact with hired personnel to resolve incidents or inquiries. · Management of any changes requested by the client. · Settlement of various assignments, including total costs. · Assessment of candidates’ knowledge, interpersonal skills, experience, and relevant competencies. · Management and expansion of the internal recruitment database. · Monitoring of newly onboarded candidates’ adaptation. · Event coordination and route planning, if required. · Administrative tasks arising from the position.
