This position will play a key role in analyzing, coordinating, and optimizing the candidate journey, contributing to a more integrated, data-driven, and conversion-focused marketing strategy. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Funnel & Performance** * Analyze the acquisition funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention) * Identify improvement opportunities based on data and user behavior * Support initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion **Analytics & Reporting** * Monitor KPIs by program, market, and funnel stage * Prepare reports with actionable insights * Support data-driven decision making **Campaigns & CRM** * Execute marketing and nurturing campaigns * Coordinate with digital and product teams * Support the use of CRM and automation tools **Cross-functional Collaboration** * Work with Admissions, Marketing, and other key teams Align messaging, timing, and touchpoints across the journey * REQUIREMENTS ### **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field * 1–2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, analytics, or related areas * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset * Ability to work in dynamic and international environments * Experience with CRM and automation tools (Marketo is a plus) * Advanced English (additional languages are a plus) ### **What We Offer** * International and dynamic work environment * Exposure to strategic marketing projects * Professional development and continuous learning * Direct impact on conversion optimization and user experience
