We are seeking **Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Services Techs** to join technology projects where you will work with modern infrastructures, contribute to continuous service improvement, and evolve into an expert in endpoint management and IT operations.
The role is based in Málaga under a hybrid work model, with some days worked remotely from home and others in the office—enabling you to build meaningful synergies with your team.
Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory.
**Responsibilities**
* Administration and operation of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or equivalents—including policy configuration, device management, and software deployment.
* Monitoring and management of events and incidents using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar), ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
* Participation in integrating endpoint management systems with identity solutions (Azure AD/Entra ID), security platforms, and corporate tools.
* Execution of continuous improvement tasks through process automation using scripting (PowerShell or other technologies).
**Accountabilities**
* Operate and maintain the UEM infrastructure to ensure availability, security, and compliance with corporate standards.
* Analyze and resolve technical incidents, participate in troubleshooting processes, and document applied solutions.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure proper delivery of IT services.
* Identify service improvement opportunities and propose and implement optimizations in operational processes.
Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to this role is required, aligned with Accenture’s commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.
**Essential Requirements**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Management and Integration.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
* Advanced level of English.
* Advanced or native level of Spanish (exact level pending definition).
* Vocational or university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Experience in Infrastructure Event Management.
* Experience in Issue Management.
* Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM.
* Experience resolving technical incidents in corporate environments.
* Experience working in international settings with English-language communication.
