**Join Cooltra as a Junior Electric Vehicles Aftersales Specialist!** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Operations team is seeking a Junior Aftersales Specialist to join our HQ in Barcelona. This person will provide support in warranty case management, technical incidents, fleet control, stock, operational reporting, and process improvement related to our electric and combustion vehicle fleet. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual with interest in the technical side of operations. Someone with a hands\-on mindset, capable of coordinating with delegations, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure technical issues are properly documented, escalated, and resolved. ### **What will you do?** * Manage and track warranty cases with suppliers and manufacturers until resolution. * Provide technical support to delegations, resolving incidents or coordinating escalation when necessary. * Maintain smooth communication with delegations, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure proper incident tracking. * Prepare periodic reports on warranties, incidents, and fleet status. * Collaborate on battery management and tracking, including repair and recycling control. * Keep fleet status, stock, and laboratory inventory up to date. * Manage shipment of technical materials such as batteries, IoT devices, and SIM cards. * Contribute to improving team processes, tools, and technical documentation. * Participate in testing new vehicles and validating technical incidents. ### **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience in aftersales, technical support, operations, or similar roles. * Previous experience with motorcycles, bicycles, e\-bikes, or electric vehicles is highly valued. * Basic knowledge of electric and combustion vehicles. * Ability to identify when something is not functioning correctly, e.g., noises, brakes, batteries, IoTs, or other components. * Spanish and English at B2 level or higher. * Ability to write clear technical reports in both Spanish and English. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong digital organization skills and ability to properly document work in shared tools such as SharePoint. * Solution-oriented, autonomous, and proactive profile. * Ease in handling digital tools, warranty portals, applications, and vehicle connectivity systems. * Motorcycle license (125cc) required. * Car driving license is a plus. * Availability to travel approximately once per month. ### **Why Cooltra?** * Permanent contract. * Attractive work environment: join a multicultural, open, and international organization that values diversity and collaboration. * Flexible compensation: through Cobee, we tailor your benefits to your personal needs. * Salary advance: with Payflow, access your salary whenever you need it. * Exclusive discounts: enjoy a 50% discount on all Cooltra services. * Personal and professional growth: access training and development opportunities. * Health benefits: promotional-rate medical insurance through Cigna.
