You’ll become part of The Mind Hub Company’s CRM ecosystem, working with HubSpot Enterprise and contributing to process improvements, automations, and real-world projects with significant business impact. **What will you do day-to-day?** * Design and optimize workflows and automations * Manage CRM pipelines and properties * Configure forms and chatbots * Maintain and review databases * Create dashboards and monitor reports * Document internal processes and improvements * Resolve CRM-related incidents * Participate in cross-functional automation and operational efficiency projects **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * At least **1 year of experience** in digital, operations, support, or similar roles. * Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. * Ability to quickly learn digital tools and adapt to new processes. * Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort handling data and digital tools. * Strong communication skills and daily autonomy.
