Employment level: 50%. Start date: March 1, 2026, or as mutually agreed. Duties and responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Managing and developing social media communication (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube); * Conceptualizing, planning, and executing digital marketing and communication campaigns, newsletters; * Creating textual, graphic, and video content for social media; * Filming, editing, and post\-production of short videos and multimedia content for social media; * Writing promotional copy and texts; * Monitoring campaign and content performance (analytics, insights); * Supporting communication for Academy events, projects, and initiatives; * Publishing content on the Academy’s website; * Collaborating with internal teams and/or external vendors. Competency profile Required qualifications * Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English; * Interest in and aptitude for digital marketing and online communication; * Creativity, operational autonomy, and organizational skills; * Strong communication and writing skills; * Ability to work toward goals and meet deadlines; * Teamwork orientation. Preferred qualifications * Education in marketing, communication, digital media, graphic design, video production, or related fields; * Experience, even brief, in similar roles. Required technical skills * Knowledge of major social media platforms and their communication logic; * Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar); * Use of graphic and content creation tools (Adobe or equivalents); * Familiarity with social media programming and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Insights, Analytics); * Basic photography and video recording skills (including smartphone use); * Web content management and updating: ability to publish, edit, and organize text, images, videos, and other content on the website; * CMS knowledge: use of content management platforms (e.g., WordPress, WIX, or others) for publishing and optimizing content; * Content optimization: ability to adapt text and images for the web, including basic SEO and readable formatting. Preference will be given to candidates with * Portfolio of work (social media, video, campaigns, digital projects); * Experience managing sponsored campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads); * Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing; * Knowledge of multiple languages.
