As a family\-owned company founded in 1892 and headquartered in Vienna, Kapsch can look back on 130 years of experience with the future. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * **Supplier Accounting Management:** + Recording and accounting for supplier invoices. + Processing invoices for upload and registration in Navision. + Managing the department's corporate mailbox. * **Supplier Follow-up and Support:** + Handling supplier complaints. + Reviewing accounts receivable/payable portfolios. + Resolving incidents related to invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. * **Control and Reconciliation:** + Reconciling supplier invoices and payments. * **Expenses and Corporate Cards:** + Recording travel expense settlements. + Reconciling corporate cards. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or similar. * Knowledge of accounting standards (PGC) and tax regulations (VAT, withholding taxes, etc.). * Two years of experience in a similar position. * Experience with financial ERPs (Navision is highly desirable). * Proficient use of Excel (intermediate level). * English: intermediate level **Our Offer:** ------------------- * **Permanent Contract** ----------------------- * Flexible compensation plan * Flexible working hours * 30 working days of vacation * Hybrid work model (3 days remote work per week) **Compliance Notice:** Given the critical nature of this position, final candidates will be subject to verification during the final stage of the selection process.
