If you are organized, enjoy teamwork, and are seeking a dynamic environment for professional growth, this is your opportunity. **What You’ll Do (with direct support and collaboration)** Your mission will be to provide comprehensive support to the accounting department and collaborate closely with management control. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supplier management: registration, invoice validation, and personalized handling of supplier inquiries. * Treasury control: active monitoring of receivables and payments to ensure proper cash flow. * Closing support: direct collaboration in monthly financial closing and general administrative tasks. * Support to the Controller: assistance in preparing reports and data analysis for the management department. **What We’re Looking For (a detail-oriented and committed profile)** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting support or administrative roles. * Knowledge of Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics) is highly valued. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities for interacting with suppliers. * On-site incorporation to fully integrate into our team dynamics. **What We Offer** * An ideal environment to start your professional career with support, mentoring, and opportunities for advancement. * Real participation in accounting projects. * A close-knit, modern team focused on continuous improvement. * Opportunities for growth. * Office located in central Barcelona with flexible working hours (arrival between 08:00 and 09:00, departure from 18:00 onwards; intensive Fridays).
