We’ll support you every step of the way! **What will be your mission in this role?** You will join our specialized team focused on tax deductions and incentives, providing support in the technical\-accounting analysis of projects to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Your work will be critical to guaranteeing correct application of tax benefits and generating direct impact on the economic optimization of our clients. **What will you do on a day\-to\-day basis?** * **Analyze technical and financial documentation of projects.** Your responsibility will be to review each file to verify that applied tax deductions comply with current regulations.* **Collaborate with internal teams and clients.** You will work hand\-in\-hand with the management team and our clients to gather information and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.* **Perform detailed and accurate calculations.** You will rigorously and methodically determine the amount eligible for tax deductions and incentives, always ensuring maximum accuracy.* **Prepare supporting technical reports.** You will prepare the necessary documentation to back up each application, generating deliverables that meet quality and auditability standards.**What would we like to see in your profile?** * **Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Accounting or Finance**: Your theoretical foundation is essential to learn quickly and understand processes. * **Genuine interest in developing within the accounting field**: We’re not looking for someone passing through—we want someone committed to building a career. * **Organizational skills and attention to detail**: You’ll be part of a team that values precision. * **Basic Excel knowledge**: This will help you adapt more easily to daily tasks. * **Willingness to learn and a collaborative attitude**: You’ll receive support, but we also expect proactivity and commitment.
