Experience in lending environments and agile methodologies Winning Consulting is currently recruiting a **JR Product Owner** to join a project for one of our multinational clients in the banking sector, based in Madrid. Hybrid work model. **Responsibilities:*** Develop test plans. * Execute the test plan. * Present UAT-related results. * Coordinate with various teams involved in UAT. * Support potential operational migrations. * Assist with BAU incidents. **Requirements:*** Experience as a Junior Analyst in similar roles. * University degree related to the banking industry. * Experience in lending environments. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * Tools: Loan IQ, DLX, Jira, Microsoft Office, etc. * High-level English (C1\). ### **About Winning Consulting** At **Winning Consulting**, we provide consulting, training, recruitment, and research services.
