Position Summary: We are seeking creative and talented Partie Chefs to lead kitchen stations, ensure high-level production in multicultural environments, and create memorable gastronomic experiences in 5-star resorts. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the station autonomously (hot, cold, or pastry). 2. Collaborate in show cooking and gastronomic events. 3. Train and mentor junior cooks. Work Location: French Alps. WeMoveWise is looking for talented Partie Chefs to create memorable gastronomic experiences in France, on behalf of an international leader in hospitality and leisure operating 5-star resorts. **Environment:** Premium All-Inclusive resorts featuring multiple restaurants (buffets, à la carte service, show cooking, and events). Conceptual spaces offering opportunities to express creativity and technical skill while working within multicultural teams. **Main Mission:** * Manage the station autonomously (hot, cold, or pastry, depending on profile). * Ensure production for high-end collective catering (600–1,000 covers per service). * Participate in buffet setup and restocking. * Collaborate in show cooking and gastronomic events. * Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards. * Train and mentor junior cooks. * Contribute to creating emotions and memorable experiences for guests. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Partie Chef. * Creativity and enthusiasm for surprising guests. * Rigor regarding hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to handle large volumes without compromising quality. * Minimum conversational English (B1) for working in international teams. * Organizational skills, speed, and team spirit. * Positive attitude and service orientation. **Key Terms and Benefits:** * Seasonal employment contract (CDD saisonnier). * Salary: €1,400 net. * Accommodation included at the resort (5-star resort hotel). * Meals included. * Travel expenses covered by the employer. * Possible access to all facilities of the 5-star resort. * Full-time schedule. * Locations: Various resorts across France (French Alps and other mountain/coastal locations).
