Position Summary: WeMoveWise is seeking creative and talented Partie Chefs to lead kitchen stations in 5-star resorts and create memorable gastronomic experiences. Key Highlights: 1. Manage your station autonomously in high-end gastronomy environments. 2. Collaborate in live cooking demonstrations and gastronomic events at luxury resorts. 3. Train and mentor junior chefs within multicultural teams. Work Location: French Alps. WeMoveWise is seeking talented Partie Chefs as international leaders in hospitality and leisure for 5-star resorts in France, to create memorable gastronomic experiences. **Environment:** Premium All-Inclusive resorts featuring multiple restaurants (buffets, plated service, live cooking, and events). Conceptual spaces designed to express creativity and technical skill while working within multicultural teams. **Main Mission:** * Manage your station autonomously (hot, cold, or pastry, depending on profile). * Ensure food production for high-end collective catering (600–1,000 covers per service). * Participate in buffet setup and restocking. * Collaborate in live cooking demonstrations and gastronomic events. * Strictly adhere to hygiene and safety standards. * Train and mentor junior chefs. * Contribute to creating emotions and memorable experiences for guests. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Partie Chef. * Creativity and enthusiasm for delighting guests. * Rigorous adherence to hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to handle large volumes without compromising quality. * Minimum conversational English (B1) for working in international teams. * Organizational skills, speed, and team spirit. * Positive attitude and service orientation. **Key Terms and Benefits:** * Seasonal employment contract (CDD saisonnier). * Salary: €1400 net. * Accommodation included at the resort (5-star resort hotel). * Meals included. * Travel expenses covered by the employer. * Access to all facilities of the 5-star resort. * Full-time schedule. * Locations: Various resorts across France (French Alps and other mountain/coastal locations).
