Position Summary: We are seeking talented Station Chefs to create memorable gastronomic experiences in 5-star resorts, managing stations autonomously and collaborating on culinary events. WeMoveWise is looking for talented Station Chefs for an international leader in hospitality and leisure, operating in 5-star resorts in France, to create memorable gastronomic experiences. **Environment:** Premium all-inclusive resorts featuring multiple restaurants (buffets, à la carte service, show cooking, and events). Conceptual spaces where creativity and technique can be expressed while working with multicultural teams. **Main Mission:** * Manage the station autonomously (hot, cold, or pastry, depending on profile). * Ensure food production for high-end collective catering (600–1,000 covers per service). * Participate in buffet setup and restocking. * Collaborate on show cooking and gastronomic events. * Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards. * Train and mentor junior cooks. * Contribute to creating emotions and memorable experiences for guests. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Station Chef. * Creativity and eagerness to surprise guests. * Rigor in hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to handle large volumes without compromising quality. * Minimum conversational English (B1) for working in international teams. * Organization, speed, and team spirit. * Positive attitude and service orientation. **Key Conditions and Benefits:** * Seasonal employment contract (CDD saisonnier). * Salary: €1,400 net. * Accommodation included at the resort (5-star resort hotel). * Meals included. * Travel expenses covered by the employer. * Possible access to all facilities of the 5-star resort. * Full-time schedule. * Location: Various resorts across France (Alps and other mountain/coastal locations).
