Document and communicate general furniture usage criteria, as well as the methodology ensuring autonomous management and proper use of Commercial Furniture across warehouses. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** * **IMPLEMENTATIONS** Develop project backward-plans, integrating them into the overall store-opening backward-plan. Review and adapt the minimasa layout plan, integrating it with the construction plan. Monitor and control the supplier-provided digital layout plan. Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of required materials to assembly and installation teams. Collect elevations and provide specific solutions (e.g., collections, standard elevation types), then process budgets and purchase orders. * **DEVELOPMENT AND EVOLUTION** Identify needs and potential improvements in furniture elements through store visits. Monitor development progress with suppliers to meet defined deadlines for both layout and prototype phases. Prepare the collection dossier. * **MANAGEMENT, PROCEDURES AND INFORMATION** Financial tracking (store openings, collections, developments). Analysis of consumption patterns and comparative evaluation of supplier rates. Updating references, rates, elevations, etc. * **SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT** Liaise with suppliers.
