Job Description We are looking for a technical reference with solid Java experience and strong French language skills for our international team. Responsibilities: * Provide technical leadership to the Java backend development team. * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and secure Java applications. * Collaborate with product teams to define and estimate technical requirements. * Oversee code quality (code reviews, standards, testing, etc.). * Mentor and support the technical growth of the development team. * Promote best development practices: TDD, CI/CD, clean code, DevOps. * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and critical bugs. Requirements* +7 years of backend development experience with Java (Java 8+), Angular. * Experience leading technical teams (at least 1–2 years as Tech Lead or similar). * In-depth knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot. * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architecture. * CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). * Solid understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
