This position is for you! **What will be your mission?** Join the project team to collaborate on implementing GoAigua Solutions for Idrica’s clients. **What will be your responsibilities?** **Development and Programming** * Participate in code design according to project technical specifications and organizational standards. * Participate in ETL design, analyzing data sources and client-specific scenarios to ensure effective data integration. * Collaborate on developing parsers for IoT devices (e.g., remote reading meters) and APIs related to product implementation. **Testing and Quality** * Execute technical and functional test plans to ensure software quality and its successful integration into implementations. * Analyze and resolve technical incidents detected during testing and implementation. * Strictly adhere to organizational methodologies and processes—including quality, environmental, occupational health and safety (OH&S), and information security regulations. **Project Management** * Ensure adherence to project schedules, proactively addressing deviations. * Report task status to the team leader, analyst, or project manager—highlighting progress, obstacles, and potential solutions. * Collaborate in defining technical solutions for product requirements at the interface between implementation and development. **Documentation and Training** * Draft and contribute to user manuals, administrator guides, and other technical documentation required for implementations. * Train and support other teams and implementers to ensure cross-functional knowledge of the product and its data model. **Support and Problem Resolution** * Resolve queries and incidents arising during implementations and in the post-implementation customer support phase. * Collaborate in analyzing technical issues at the implementation–product interface, proposing technical and functional solutions. **Innovation and Continuous Improvement** * Propose improvements to development and implementation processes—both methodological and technological. * Strengthen and deepen expertise in assigned technologies, obtaining certifications and learning new, role-relevant technologies. **Collaboration and Teamwork** * Work collaboratively with other developers and implementers, fostering an environment of cooperation, constructive debate, and mutual support. * Actively participate in launching developed systems and solutions, closely collaborating with the product and implementation teams. **Product Knowledge** * Develop in-depth knowledge of the software’s data model and functionalities—ensuring optimal technical and business understanding for implementations. * Design and execute implementation plans meeting clients’ functional and technical requirements. **What will make you succeed in this role?** * Sufficient experience to operate autonomously in your daily tasks. * Ability to hold fluent conversations in English, as you will work with teams across multiple countries—and meetings as well as written communication may be conducted in English. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * University degree—preferably in Computer Engineering or related fields. * Experience with SQL, Java/C/Python programming.
