The intern will join the **Marketing Department**, specifically the Customer Engagement area. This team works on planning, coordinating, and analyzing corporate events and marketing activities, both nationally and internationally, contributing to strengthening customer relationships and positioning the brand within the healthcare sector. Training Objectives – Master’s in Organizational Management, Key Competencies and Data Analytics During the program, interns will have the opportunity to develop key competencies aligned with the Master’s program: * Learn to **plan and coordinate corporate events**, understanding their impact within the organizational strategy. * Develop skills in **organizational management**, optimizing resources and processes in real-world settings. * Apply knowledge of **data analytics**, through preparing reports and tracking event outcomes. * Enhance competencies in **digital marketing**, participating in communication campaigns and content creation. * Understand **digital transformation**, using technological tools such as management software and digital platforms. * Foster **process innovation**, proposing improvements in event organization and material management. Training Activities The intern will learn to: * Support **material coordination** using internal management tools. * Analyze **billing processes related to events and suppliers**. * Prepare **event outcome reports** for decision-making purposes. * Collaborate in **marketing material stock control and planning**. * Participate in **digital marketing campaigns**, including email marketing and LinkedIn content. * Understand the **logistics of corporate events**, both national and international. * Support the **organization of in-house events**, including planning, communication, and venue setup.
