At KINEDRIK, we are seeking an **Innovation and Entrepreneurship Instructor** to deliver an in-person module in our Master's program in Madrid. We seek a professional with a strong background in innovation, entrepreneurship, and intrapreneurship, who combines practical experience with teaching skills to inspire and guide our students in developing real-world projects. The selected candidate will work with recognized innovation methodologies, guiding participants in creating and validating business models, designing value propositions, and solving business challenges through a practical and participatory approach. ##### **What will your responsibilities be?** * Deliver the Innovation and Entrepreneurship module in person. * Prepare required presentations and teaching materials. * Design and develop practical case studies aligned with the program’s content. * Evaluate activities and projects developed by students. * Record attendance and carry out corresponding academic tracking on the platform. * Act as a mentor, providing individualized guidance and feedback throughout the module. ##### **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Marketing, Design, Economics, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, or related fields. * At least **5 years of professional experience** in innovation, entrepreneurship, or intrapreneurship. * Experience leading innovation processes, developing new products, services, or business models. * Proficiency in methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, and Value Proposition Canvas. * Experience delivering in-person training to professionals or postgraduate students. * Ability to design and evaluate hands-on activities focused on knowledge application. * Familiarity with virtual learning platforms for academic management. ##### **What do we offer?** * Collaboration as an instructor in an in-person Master’s program in Madrid. * Freelance contract for a specific collaboration, tied to delivery of the module. * Opportunity to share your expertise with professionals in training and contribute to their development. * A dynamic, practical, and innovation-oriented academic environment. ##### **Module Information** * **Format:** In-person. * **Location:** Madrid, Spain. * **Sessions:** Three Saturdays, from 09:00 to 14:00. * **Delivery Dates:** September 19 and 26, and October 3. * **Preparation Period:** Availability is required approximately 20 days prior to the module start date to prepare teaching materials and presentations.
