As part of our Operations team in Almazora, we are seeking an **Inkjet Designer** to join the **Industrial Design and Production** department. This role focuses on ensuring accurate reproduction of designs, tones, and graphic effects across our production lines, maintaining the highest quality standards while contributing to the development of new products and decorative processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily adjustment of digital designs for production, correcting any tone, color, or definition deviations detected during the manufacturing process. * Adapting design projects for industrial manufacturing using Inkjet technology, ensuring their technical and production feasibility. * Supervising and validating the accurate reproduction of designs, textures, graphics, and decorative effects across various production lines. * Reviewing and adjusting tones, registration, overlaps, and graphic effects until meeting the standards defined by Design and Product Development. * Managing and controlling color profiles, printing parameters, and configurations of digital machines to ensure process stability and quality. * Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to digital decoration, collaborating with Production, Quality, and Product Development departments. * Conducting periodic print quality checks to verify the absence of defects such as banding, streaks, chromatic variations, or decorative deviations. * Coordinating with machinery, ink, and digital solution suppliers to resolve technical issues and continuously improve processes. * Training and supporting operators and shift supervisors on best practices related to digital printing, basic maintenance, and decorative quality control. * Ensuring compliance with the company's established standards for Quality, Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Environmental Protection. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Design, Graphic Arts, Ceramics, Product Development, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to ceramic design, digital decoration, or Inkjet technology within the ceramic industry. * Advanced knowledge of industrial Inkjet digital printing applications. * Experience in color management, tone adjustment, color profiling, and decorative quality control. * Proficiency in graphic design software, image processing tools, and color management applications. * Ability to interpret technical datasheets, product specifications, and customer requirements. * Strong analytical skills and orientation toward solving technical and production problems. * High attention to detail and quality orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate effectively across multiple departments. * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, as well as scheduled on-call duties according to production needs. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a global leader in innovative architectural surfaces. * Direct involvement in developing and producing high-value-added products with distinctive design. * A dynamic, technological, and innovation-oriented work environment. * Rotating morning and afternoon shifts with an on-call duty system. * Long-term temporary contract.
