But the truth is, when we talk about artificial intelligence, we refer to a project that **is 100% developed with real AI**. **We have the Ultron gem!** **Our vacancy,** We are currently looking for a **Senior Devops Engineer.** As a **Senior DevOps Engineer**, your mission will be to **design, build, and maintain the infrastructure** behind this AI\-driven platform. You’ll be key in ensuring reliability, scalability, and security — while enabling the engineering team to ship faster and more safely. From shaping **CI/CD** and Infrastructure as Code **(IaC)** practices to building observability and deployment strategies, your work will directly impact the speed, stability, and growth of the product. You'll enjoy **autonomy and ownership**, working in a high\-performance team where your decisions matter. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline and secure the delivery process. * Build and manage scalable infrastructure using **Infrastructure as Code** (IaC) tools. * Develop and maintain **observability systems** (monitoring, logging, alerting) to ensure platform performance and stability. * Enforce and advocate for **security best practices** across infrastructure, networking, and deployments. * Optimize cloud infrastructure for **cost\-efficiency and performance**. * Collaborate closely with engineers to enhance the developer experience and internal tooling. * Automate workflows and operational tasks to reduce manual effort and risk. **Requirements:** * **7\+ years** in DevOps or similar roles, with deep expertise in infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation. * Strong hands\-on experience with **GCP or AWS**. * Solid knowledge of **Docker** and container orchestration (preferably **Kubernetes**). * Proven experience managing infrastructure with **Terraform** or other IaC tools. * Familiarity with observability tools like **Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog**, or **GCP Monitoring**. * Strong understanding of **cloud security** (IAM, secrets management, etc.). * Experience with CI/CD tools such as **GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux, or Jenkins**. * Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g. **Bash, Python, Node.js**, etc.). * Analytical mindset, proactive, and self\-driven. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams. **️ The stack:** * **Cloud**: Google Cloud Platform. * **Containers**: Docker, Kubernetes * **CI/CD**: GitHub Actions, Monorepo (Turborepo) * **Backend**: Node.js, TypeScript, Kafka * **Database**: PostgreSQL **What’s in it for you?** * **Stock options**: Own a piece of what you’re building. * **Learning**: Trainings, peer knowledge\-sharing \& exposure to top\-tier startups * **Impact**: Join from day one and help shape the company’s future. * **Daily meals**: 50% covered with **Nora Foods** — say goodbye to tupperware! * ‍️ **Panot e\-bike**: 50% of your subscription covered to ride to the office in style. * **Hybrid work** model based in Barcelona 3 days office 2 days at home, they are growing so they need a lot of blackboard!
