Job Description: We are recruiting a DevOps Engineer who will help us to accompany teams internationally in the adoption of DevOps best practices.**What you’ll be doing:** ------------------------- Within the AXA Partner DevSecOps Guild, you will report directly to the DevOps Lead. Your main responsabilities will be : * Maintain the DevOps platforms in order to ensure business continuity * Mentoring and enforcing the Development squads in the implementation of DevSecOps practices * Managing Azure DevOps platform configuration * Helping to define, promote and enforce DevSecOps standards across AXA Partners * Collaborating with other transversal teams (Cloud Services, Architecture, etc.) to reach agreements and establish common ground * Interacting with DevOps engineers and Technical Leads from different AXA Partner regions * Work on different initiatives and projects (Simplification \& Industrialization) **What you’ll bring:** * At least 5 years of experience in software engineering * Experience in : Azure DevOps Open Shift Scripting (Powershell or Bash or Typescript) DevSecOps practices (CI/CD strategies \& Branching Strategies) SAST IaC * Hands\-on mindset, willing to be an active team member to execute detailed technical tasks, with a "get\-it\-done" attitude * Proactive and collaborative approach * Ability to work with remote teams * Strong customer\-oriented skills * Capacity to adapt quickly to changes * Fluent Spanish and English To apply, click on the ‘apply for this job’ button, you’ll then need to log in or create a profile to submit your CV.
