Collaboration on scalable and secure solutions Job Description: **MISSION** Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence components and automation solutions within enterprise environments in the insurance sector. Work alongside software and business teams to transform requirements into robust, secure, and scalable solutions under the direction and guidance of senior professionals, contributing to enhanced innovation and internal process efficiency. **MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and implement AI components such as chatbots/voicebots, conversational flows, RAG systems, classification, and information extraction. * Develop and integrate APIs and microservices exposing AI capabilities to connect with internal systems (policies, claims, CRM, billing). * Build RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing (search/vector DB), retrieval/reranking, and response generation. * Configure and orchestrate LLMs (prompting, templates, tools), including security guardrails and privacy protection. * Integrate NLU/NLP and STT/TTS technologies, connecting assistants to web, mobile, and contact center channels. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with business needs. **PROFILE** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience. **Experience:** * 2–4 years of software development experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience in AI, NLP, conversational AI, or GenAI (LLMs, RAG) projects. **Knowledge:** * ML and NLP: embeddings, tokenization, context windows, prompt engineering; basic knowledge of computer vision. * Technologies: Python (mandatory); Java \+ Spring or C\# .NET (desirable); JavaScript/TypeScript; SQL and MongoDB; search/vector DBs (Azure AI Search, Elastic, Pinecone); REST/SOAP integrations; OAuth2/OIDC, LDAP/IAM; Azure (App Service/Functions, Storage, AI Search, Key Vault); Docker; GitHub/Azure DevOps/Jenkins; testing (PyTest/JUnit), quality (SonarQube), Postman/SoapUI. **Languages:** * Intermediate-to-advanced English. **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of AXA’s most significant Talent Centers, with over 3\.000 employees working on local and international projects.
