Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Python Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable backend services, ensure code quality, efficiency, and security, and coordinate technical teams. Ensure code quality, efficiency, and security SENIOR PYTHON BACKEND Location: Barcelona Work Model: 60% remote work Requirement: Eligibility to obtain HPS English: B2 or higher MAIN REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field. \+5 years of backend experience with Python. Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Experience with ORM, testing, test coverage, CI/CD, and automated deployments. Proficiency in Git. Ability to lead backend architectures and coordinate technical teams. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: Authentication and authorization. SQL, Java, and Kafka. GitLab and CI/CD pipelines. MLOps, AI, and evaluation of emerging technologies. Scrum or Kanban. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop scalable backend services. Ensure code quality, efficiency, and security. Define testing and automation practices. Collaborate with other teams and enhance the product’s technical evolution.
