About the Position Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe within the Ferrero Group, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are seeking an Assistant Engineer Facilities & Utilities for a training contract. This role works collaboratively to achieve Ferrero's objectives in safety, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and environmental sustainability. Main Responsibilities: * Collaborate in coordinating work with external companies. * Assist in defining necessary specifications for work to be subcontracted to external companies. * Cooperate in ensuring compliance with safety procedures established by current legislation and by the Group when working with external companies. * Support in managing and controlling documentation related to external subcontractors. * Manage orders through SAP. * Perform various tasks as requested by the Maintenance Manager. Who we are looking for: * University degree in Civil Engineering or similar. * Degree obtained within the last 3 years. * No prior experience in a similar position. * Communication skills and ability to build good relationships with people at all levels across the organization. * Ability to work in a team. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactive profile. * Advanced level of Microsoft Office. * SAP knowledge is a plus. * English is an advantage.
