As a **Workshop Planner**, your mission is to ensure that all units entering the workshop are correctly diagnosed, quoted, and scheduled for repair, guaranteeing maximum operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards. **What you'll do** ️ Perform complete diagnostics and detailed repair quotations for rental, owned, and third-party units ️ Carry out planning inspections (Planning Inspection) according to unit type and condition, ensuring they are ready for the next rental or use ️ Prepare technical repair reports and design maintenance plans for owned and contracted fleets ️ Monitor and collaborate on workshop metrics (KPIs), including coordination of stock, spare parts, and material orders ️ Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple departments (Supervisor, WS Admin, Scheduler) ️ Support the commercial team on operational matters related to customers and ensure workshop continuity during planned absences ️ Collaborate closely with a hands-on, supportive team that values your contribution **What you'll bring** ️ Proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility in your work ️ Good sense of humor – we work hard, but we also like to have fun ️ Solid technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance ️ Ability to plan and organize complex repairs ️ Communication and coordination skills with multiple departments (Supervisor, WS Admin, Scheduler) ️ Focus on efficiency and adherence to safety procedures (EHS) **Why TIP** Because culture isn’t just a poster on the wall—it’s something you feel every day.
