Through this initiative, Siemens makes its expertise, training resources, and technologies from its portfolio available to the educational community. The objective is to strengthen collaboration with educational institutions, contribute to the development of industrial and digital competencies, and facilitate alignment between academic training and real industry needs. During the internship, the trainee will actively collaborate in SCE-supporting activities, participating in the preparation, validation, and fine-tuning of portfolio solutions for training purposes. Responsibilities will include providing technical support to universities and vocational training centers, collaborating in the development and execution of tests for regional and national Vocational Training competitions, as well as testing solutions, preparing technical demonstrations, and supporting the management and logistics of training packages. As part of their professional development, the intern will participate in training activities focused on industrial and digital technologies—such as automation and digitalization systems, industrial communications, engineering software and tools, visualization systems, and other relevant areas within the portfolio—thereby acquiring a cross-sectional perspective of the industrial and educational environment.
