We are currently seeking an **HSE Digital Solutions Specialist** to lead the evolution, maintenance, and enhancement of digital solutions focused on Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) processes within an international context. Key Responsibilities * Lead the full lifecycle of development and maintenance of HS&E solutions. * Act as the technical reference and liaison between business and technology. * Manage and coordinate external/offshore teams. * Oversee integrations and evolution of corporate applications. * Prioritize tasks and changes based on business needs. * Ensure compliance with security policies, GDPR, and corporate standards. * Participate in the continuous improvement of IT architecture and operational models. * Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer of solutions. * Provide support to end users and key stakeholders. **Requirements:** --------------- University degree (Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Business Economics or similar with an IT focus) Solid experience in development, maintenance, and management of IT applications within complex corporate environments. Experience managing remote/offshore teams or SaaS vendors. Technical knowledge in: * Java * PHP * HTML * SQL * REST and OData APIs Experience in: * Solution integration * Relational databases * Data modeling * Web development and modern frameworks Knowledge of agile methodologies and IT project management. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tools and solutions.
