Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Technician to manage personnel comprehensively, actively participating in key departmental processes and ensuring compliance with labor legislation. The position is generalist in nature, with particular emphasis on recruitment, labor administration, and labor relations. Profile: \- Solid experience in comprehensive HR management. \- Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreement management. \- Experience in dynamic environments with high personnel volume. \- Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel). \- Organized, solution-oriented individual with strong coordination skills. Responsibilities: \- Management of recruitment processes (posting, screening, interviews, and follow-up). \- Coordination of mass hiring during peak activity periods. \- Monitoring and tracking of absences: medical leaves, permits, vacations, and other incidents. \- Management of replacements, call-ups, and contract suspensions. \- Liaison and coordination with the workers' committee. \- Implementation and monitoring of the equality plan. \- Coordination of training initiatives and staff development. \- Occupational risk prevention management. \- Processing and follow-up of claims with the mutual insurance company (Mutua). \- Support in organizational development and workplace climate initiatives. \- General personnel administration (hiring, termination, documentation, etc.). Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field. \- Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in generalist HR roles. \- Practical knowledge of multiple collective bargaining agreements. \- Knowledge of payroll processing and associated regulations. \- Advanced Excel proficiency. \- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. Desirable Qualifications: \- Experience in environments with high turnover or seasonality. \- Familiarity with HR management software. \- Experience liaising with workers' committees. \- Training in equality, occupational risk prevention (PRL), or organizational development.
