We are looking for someone who is independent, professional, and passionate about sharing their enthusiasm for travel with all of our guests who visit Barcelona. We value candidates who have stepped outside their comfort zones through personal travel experiences, as this helps them connect with guests in a more relatable and genuine way. if You’re looking for a part time job in the tourism industry this could be your opportunity. **BASIC REQUIREMENT** * **Language:** Fluent in English and Spanish. * **Driving:** Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. * **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in guiding or public speaking. * **Employment Status:** Self\-employed. * **Residence:** Must reside in Barcelona. * **Audience Engagement:** Ability to connect with and captivate diverse audiences, including different age groups and backgrounds. **Additional Soft Skills Appreciated:** * Empathy, punctuality, organization, and alignment with our mission, vision, and values. * Ability to effectively use a Channel Manager. * Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactive, open\-minded personality. * Motivated, passionate, and skilled at building strong relationships with customers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to quickly identify problems and develop practical solutions. * Attention to detail and ability to analyze information, offering sound recommendations. * Adaptable and willing to embrace change, including learning and working with new features and tasks. **We’d Love to Hear from You!** Please include a cover letter explaining why you want to join the **Be Outdoors Barcelona Team**.
