Join us and help world-leading organizations discover the value of technology and build a more sustainable and inclusive world. **About the Role** We are looking for the person who will lead the transformation and radical growth of our Managed Services business in Spain. **This role involves:** * Redefining the Managed Services commercial model * Creating and enriching the Managed Services value proposition * Multiplying revenue, margin, and market positioning **Your mission** will be to design and execute the strategy to: * Scale the Managed Services business * Modernize the portfolio with automation, Agentic AI, and industrialized models * Build highly competitive proposals based on global delivery * Win large deals and reposition the company in this space **Your Profile** To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with: * \+15 years in IT Services / Consulting * Relevant experience in Managed Services / Offshore Delivery / Presales activities / Portfolio * Proven track record in: Sales and closing of complex deals (preferably \>€10M) Business line growth Offer and portfolio development * Fluent English proficiency We welcome all applications and offer in-person, online, and certification-based training.
