Ongoing projects with clients across various sectors We are looking for a Generalist Freelance Recruiter to collaborate with us on recruitment processes for different sectors and professional levels. If you have experience managing end\-to\-end recruitment processes and seek professional flexibility, we would like to meet you. Responsibilities * End-to-end management of recruitment processes for roles across various departments and experience levels. * Proactive candidate sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and networking). * Conducting telephone and video interviews. * Assessing technical competencies and interpersonal skills. * Preparing and submitting candidate profiles to clients. * Coordinating with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements and hiring needs. * Tracking candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. * Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting delivery deadlines. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel selection and recruitment. * Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. * Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms. * Ability to proactively identify and attract talent. * Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. * Ability to work autonomously and results-oriented. Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced search tools. * Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs. * Advanced level of English. * Experience in startup environments, consulting firms, or recruitment agencies.
