At Babel, we seek to hire a Functional Analyst with strong technical knowledge of Oracle Forms and PL/SQL, who will actively participate in projects with a high functional and technical component. Responsibilities: * Analyze customer and stakeholder requirements, ensuring their accurate understanding and documentation. * Participate in project planning, monitoring, and management. * Facilitate communication among all involved parties (technical team and business). * Collaborate in quality assurance (QA) activities. * Provide functional and technical support throughout the various project phases. Minimum Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a functional analyst or in similar roles. * Extensive knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Forms. * Knowledge of Java. * Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
