Technical autonomy and decision-making authority **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a strategic greenfield project — built entirely from scratch — focused on developing a technological solution. This is an excellent opportunity to participate in technical definition, architecture design, and core platform development with tangible business impact, playing a key role in technological decisions and product evolution. The position carries significant weight within the project: you will lead core solution development and provide technical vision across the entire development lifecycle. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop a fullstack application from scratch. * Define technical architecture and development best practices. * Implement and evolve backend services using Java and Spring Boot. * Develop modern, scalable frontend applications using Angular. * Design REST APIs and ensure their proper integration. * Participate in architectural, performance, and scalability decisions. * Collaborate with stakeholders and the project team on functional and technical requirements definition. * Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices. * Explore and integrate AI-assisted development tools to optimize productivity. **What We Offer** * Stable, high-impact project. * Early-stage involvement in a strategic product. * Technical autonomy and decision-making authority. * 100% remote work. * Competitive and experience-adjusted compensation package.
