Additionally, Grupo iLERNA is backed by an international private equity fund and has an ambitious growth plan. **Your impact** As a **Fullstack Developer** at iLERNA, you will be responsible for ensuring the development, continuous improvement, and proper functioning of our internal applications, providing efficient and scalable solutions using PHP and JavaScript technologies such as React. Furthermore, you will ensure the smooth integration and correct configuration of tools within the iLERNA ecosystem, including Zoho, with the goal of optimizing processes, improving the experience of internal users, and contributing to the technological growth of the organization. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Drive end-to-end solutions:** You will participate in the design, development, and testing of new features on the backend (PHP) and frontend (Laravel/React), ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability. * **Optimize our internal ecosystem:** You will collaborate on the configuration, maintenance, and integration of Zoho and other internal systems, ensuring their synchronization and efficiency. * **Maximize the use of APIs:** You will consume and integrate internal and external APIs, interpreting Swagger contracts and connecting REST services to implement robust functionalities. * **Apply agile methodologies and best practices:** You will work following SCRUM, version control, coding standards, peer reviews, testing, and CI/CD to ensure high-quality projects. * **Document and share knowledge:** You will create and maintain manuals, integration guides, technical readmes, endpoint documentation, and architecture diagrams to ensure continuity and internal communication. * **Use team tools effectively:** You will manage Git/GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Postman, and deployment environments, fully leveraging collaborative development tools. * **Collaborate and communicate with impact:** You will maintain fluid communication with development, support, systems, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring functional alignment and agile resolution of incidents and integrations. **What are we looking for?** * Solid experience in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript frameworks (React/Redux), with familiarity in tools like Zoho and knowledge of REST APIs and microservices. * Degree in Computer Engineering, with knowledge of SQL databases and frontend development (HTML5, SASS). * Proficiency in development and collaboration tools: Git/GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Postman, PHPStorm/WebStorm. * Differentiating skills: proactivity, adaptability, analytical ability, results orientation, and teamwork; native-level Spanish, English is a plus. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours: arrival between 8:00–9:30 AM and departure between 5:00–6:30 PM (1 hour break for lunch and recharging), shortened Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Flexible compensation: meal voucher, transportation ticket, training benefits, and childcare allowance. * Boost your professional development with discounts across our entire educational offering: courses, vocational training, degrees, and master's programs. * Real growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding group. * You will become part of a growing organization with purpose and strong social impact. **Make your experience count: drive innovation at iLERNA.**
