At IT Partner Spain, we are looking to hire a **Full Stack Developer** for a strategic project in the fintech ecosystem, focused on developing financing platforms, APIs, and artificial intelligence–based solutions. This is a key hiring to replace an outsourced resource; therefore, we seek a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a product mindset, initiative, and business vision. Project You will participate in the development and evolution of a **fintech financing platform**, working on the design and implementation of APIs, integration of financial services, and enhancement of features incorporating AI components. Candidate Profile We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with solid experience in fintech or similar environments, having worked on products related to:* Financing / lending / payment gateways * Digital financial platforms or retail financing * API integrations in mission-critical environments A "product builder" profile—similar to teams like Jonathan Mulero (internal reference)—is especially well-suited. ️ Technical Requirements* Experience as a Full Stack Developer * API development and backend architecture * Experience in fintech or financial environments (mandatory) * Knowledge of or interest in AI applied to products * Solid understanding of scalable systems and cloud environments (desirable) Key Soft Skills* Curious, entrepreneurial, and proactive profile * Product mindset—not just technical execution * Strong motivation to learn and work with AI * Ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic team environments Experience in companies within the fintech ecosystem will be especially valued, such as:* Financing platforms * Digital financial institutions * Companies within the Smartfy ecosystem (e.g., Lendismart, Now on, Fin4Retail, etc.) Conditions* Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 SBA * Up to €45,000 SBA for **very senior / top-fit** profiles * Strategic project with high impact and growth Location (Hybrid)
