Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to build the first MVP of an AI-powered SaaS platform, working directly with the founder in a startup environment. Key Highlights: 1. Through a combination of data-driven strategy, content generation and publishing, and continuous audience growth tracking, GLIMAD enables users to better understand their digital evolution and make smarter decisions about their content and positioning. As these creators develop relevant audiences, GLIMAD also generates insights on emerging trends and digital communities, opening a second layer of the platform oriented toward companies interested in identifying collaboration opportunities with growing creators. We are currently building GLIMAD’s first MVP and are looking for a Full\-Stack Developer (Mid\-Level) to help transform a functional prototype and conceptual architecture into an operational product. This role is ideal for a builder-minded individual eager to participate in building a product from scratch, work directly with the founder, and grow alongside the project during this early stage. The role will include analyzing the existing architecture, collaborating on its improvement, and developing the MVP—connecting frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities As a Full\-Stack Developer at GLIMAD, you will participate in building the platform’s first MVP and collaborate on the evolution of its technical architecture. **Your main responsibilities will include:** System Analysis * Analyze the platform’s current prototype and existing conceptual architecture. * Collaborate on improving the technical architecture to ensure simplicity and scalability. Backend Development * Design and implement APIs and endpoints for the platform. * Implement the data model in Supabase / PostgreSQL. * Implement authentication, registration, and basic user management. * Integrate external APIs required for system functionality. Frontend Development * Connect the frontend (React / Next.js) with the backend. * Implement key views and user flows defined in the product prototype. * Build basic dashboards for metric visualization. Infrastructure * Configure system deployment on cloud platforms (Vercel / AWS or other providers). * Ensure application stability and readiness for future iterations. Collaboration * Work directly with the founder on product evolution. * Collaborate with technical practitioners working on the data model. * Propose technical improvements during MVP development. Requirements We seek a Full\-Stack Developer with a builder mindset, capable of working in a startup environment and participating in building a product from scratch. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with approximately 2–4 years of experience developing web applications—or equivalent real-world project experience. Core Requirements * Experience developing full web applications (frontend \+ backend). * Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript. * Experience with React or Next.js. * Experience working with APIs and databases. * Basic knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, or others). * Ability to work autonomously and in a structured manner. * Interest in participating in building a technology product from scratch. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL. * Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n or similar). * Experience integrating AI-powered APIs. * Experience developing SaaS products, dashboards, or digital products. * Personal projects or live applications. It is not necessary to meet all criteria if you have real-world project experience and motivation to thrive in a startup environment.
