We are looking for a **Collaborative Guide** for a **Free Tour company.** We seek individuals who love History and Madrid—whether or not they have prior experience as Tour Guides—but who are highly motivated to become one, helping us grow a young, quality-oriented tourism project in Madrid. We seek dynamic, friendly people who enjoy themselves and wish to invest in a project aimed at delivering friendly, high-quality, distinctive tourism experiences that allow visitors to truly enjoy the incredible city of Madrid. **Requirements** * Proficiency in delivering guided tours in **French** is required; ability to deliver them also in **Spanish or English is highly valued.** * Although not strictly mandatory, holding the official tourist guide license is considered a strong asset. * It is essential to understand how Free Tour guided visits operate before applying, and to acknowledge that we establish collaboration agreements—not salaried employment contracts. * Strong customer service skills and communication abilities are fundamental. * An **active, solution-oriented, empathetic, and positive attitude** is required. The offer includes three weeks of training as a Guide in Madrid, grounded in our values and philosophy, after which candidates will transition directly into collaborative roles as Associated Guides. **Collaborations are stable and long-term.** Collaboration hours are from **Monday to Saturday, with variable morning and afternoon shifts, totaling 21\-27 effective working hours per week.** **The collaboration model is with independent, self-employed guides.** Position Type: Self-employed Education: * Higher Vocational Training (Mandatory) Language: * French at C1 or C2 level (Mandatory) * Spanish (Desirable) * English at C1 or C2 level (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
