Guide training included We are looking for a **Collaborative Guide** for a **Free Tour company.** We seek individuals passionate about History and Madrid, with or without prior experience as Tour Guides, but highly motivated to become one and help us grow a young, high-quality tourism project in Madrid. We seek dynamic, friendly people who enjoy themselves and are eager to invest in a project aiming to deliver friendly, high-quality, and distinctive tourism experiences — enabling visitors to fully enjoy the incredible city of Madrid. **Requirements** * Must be able to conduct guided tours in **French**; proficiency in **Spanish or English is highly desirable.** * Although not strictly mandatory, holding the official tourist guide license is **strongly preferred.** * It is essential to fully understand how Free Tour guided visits operate before applying and to acknowledge that we establish collaborative agreements, **not employment contracts.** * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities are fundamental. * An **active, solution-oriented, empathetic, and positive attitude** is required. The offer includes a 3-week guide training program in Madrid, aligned with our core values and philosophy, after which candidates will transition directly into collaboration as an Associate Guide within our operations. **Collaborations are stable and long-term.** Collaboration hours are from **Monday to Saturday, with variable morning and afternoon shifts, totaling 21\-27 effective working hours per week.** **The collaboration model is with independent, self-employed guides.** Position Type: Self-Employed Education: * Higher Vocational Training (Mandatory) Language: * French at C1 or C2 level (Mandatory) * Spanish (Desirable) * English at C1 or C2 level (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
