Your Mission \& Impact As an ETL / Talend Developer, part of our Integration Team, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and observability of our data pipelines. You will design high\-performance data solutions using Talend and AWS, strictly adhering to 100% of architectural patterns while ensuring proactive end\-to\-end monitoring. Responsibilities \& Missions High\-Standard Design \& Development Design and develop ETL/ELT workflows (from simple to complex) using Talend (Data Integration \& Cloud). Ensure solution scalability (parallelization, high\-volume management, AWS resource optimization). Strictly apply integration patterns (Error Handling, Retry strategy, Replayability, Canonical Models) Ensure seamless integration within the AWS ecosystem (S3, Lambda, etc.). Architecture \& Interface Design Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures. Draft interface contracts and ensure compliance by all stakeholders. Ensure modularity and optimized Java routines (JVM and Heap Size management). Observability \& Robustness Implement systematic monitoring probes. Industrialize logging and alerting via AWS CloudWatch / Grafana. Guarantee data integrity through automated flow controls (rejects, audits, reconciliation). Agile Methodology \& DevOps **Lead Agile (Scrum) rituals:** precise estimation, technical demos, and code reviews. Drive industrialization via CI/CD and versioning with Git. Maintain exhaustive documentation (flow mapping, operational handbooks). Candidate Profile **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in Data environments with proven Talend expertise. **Absolute Rigor:** You believe code without monitoring or documentation is incomplete. **Soft Skills:** Strong technical writing and ability to lead design workshops. **Team Spirit:** Ability to mentor junior profiles on best practices.
